Massage and Bodywork for your Equine Athlete

Therapies that Speak to Your Horse’s Whole Body

My approach

As a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive experience and training in Equine Bodywork, I bring a dynamic and intuitive set of skills to every bodywork session. I ask your horse to share his needs with me and I adapt my work to give him the best possible outcome from his treatment. I believe in partnering with your horse for our session, and doing the work with him, not just to him.

I know that my horses feel fantastic after their bodywork session with Beth. You should see them stride out at the walk back to their paddock. Swinging with each step and a relaxed neck. You can just see their happiness.

Touch

Horses thrive on touch. Just about every appointment includes massage - a luxurious kneading and squishing of the soft tissues to relax and lengthen the body, take the strain off tendons and ligaments, and promote healthy circulation. I’ll add in my specialized Deep Myofascial Release techniques for whole body rebalancing. Head to tail.

Complementary Therapies

Your horse may tell me her body needs more help. I can offer her microcurrent to stimulate cellular healing using her natural electrical frequencies. I can provide red light photonic therapy to accelerate wound healing, or penetrate through the skin to promote healing and pain relief. An equine kinesiology tape application can reduce swelling, support areas of stress, or help to rebuild healthy movement patterns.

For respiratory issues, I offer nebulizer treatments using my Equi-Resp to deliver the power of chelated silver deep into the lungs.

“When she works on my horses they feel happier, looser and more supple every time. She clearly cares deeply for them and always has great insights to share.”
